To Develop and manage the implementation of policy frameworks and monitor the utilisation of provincial government’s fiscal resources.

• Promote optimal financial resource allocation in Health and Social Development, monitor and report on financial and non-financial performance, oversee the analysis and monitor the implementation of strategic objectives and APPs against budget.
• Promote optimal financial resource allocation in departments within the Economic Cluster, monitor and report on financial and non-financial performance, oversee the analysis and monitor the implementation of strategic objectives and APPs against budget
• Manage financial and non-financial data and budget systems relating to provincial departments and entities.
