MEC Mvoko Highlights Budget Speech 2024

On March 12, 2024, Mlungisi Mvoko, the MEC for Finance in Eastern Cape, would give a speech about the budget.
It has been a progressive five years for the 6th administration,
albeit many economic shocks that confronted the country and the
province since the beginning of the term. While some of these
economic shocks could have been prevented; it is my contention
that Mother Nature and the universe were not fair to the current
administration.
