• Promote optimal financial resource allocation, oversee the analysis and monitor the implementation of strategic objectives and APPs in the departments of Education, Sports and Safety.
• Promote optimal financial resource allocation, oversee the analysis and monitor the implementation of strategic objectives and APPs in the G&A cluster.
• Promote and enforce transparency and effective e management of Provincial Financial Asset and Liability portfolio in order to ensure prudent cash management, asset restructuring and financial management.
