An amount of 5 PLOOLRQ from the National Health Insurance Grant has been stopped by the National
Department of Health as a result of an error in the allocations by the National Department of Health.

An amount of 5 PLOOLRQ from the Education Infrastructure Grant has been stopped by the National

Department of Basic Education due to the slow spending on the grant.

+XPDQ 6HWWOHPHQWV

An amount of 5 PLOOLRQ was allocated for the Provincial Housing Emergency Grant to provide
temporary shelter assistance to households affected by disasters or a housing emergency, repair the

damage to housing for a low-income households following a disaster or housing emergency if the cost of
repairs is less than the cost of relocation and provision of temporary shelter.
